In the Fall of 2017 we purchased twelve,

5 year old blueberry bushes. They arrived promptly from the nursery in excellent shape.

The folks at the nursery were very helpful in assisting us with choosing the right variety of plants for our growing zone.

A word to the wise, when ordering blueberry bushes be sure to have the planting  site(s) properly prepared beforehand. It's more involved than it appears to be. We found this out the hard way and therefore the blueberries spent their first winter in the garage living in five gallon buckets. We finally got them planted the following spring and now they're thriving.

After three years, we finally got a good crop. Enough for fresh eating.

...and for making jam.
